Bridgeway Academy is an accredited global homeschooling program serving students Pre-K through 12 with personalized learning paths, flexible course options, and accredited support. The brand has a strong legacy but needed a modern, social-forward storytelling presence to match.
Before my involvement, Bridgeway's social platforms struggled with low engagement, outdated content, inconsistent branding, and no unified strategy. I built a complete social ecosystem, establishing clear content pillars, launching Bridgeway’s first video series, implementing a Reels-first approach, developing data-backed reporting, and creating full campaign playbooks. This transformed Bridgeway’s presence into a human-centered, story-driven brand that highlights students, parents, and teachers.

Over the past two years, I’ve led a Reels-first content strategy designed to increase Bridgeway Academy’s impressions, reach, and brand visibility. I launched this initiative by creating an authentic, behind-the-scenes series spotlighting our Advisors and Teachers. Working closely with each virtual team, I produced platform-optimized Reels and Shorts that introduced our educators in a relatable, human-centered way across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This series became the foundation for a more dynamic, story-driven social presence that strengthened community connection and accelerated overall engagement.

Reel & Short Storyboarding
With several long-form videos already in place, I took the lead in conceptualizing and storyboarding Reels and YouTube Shorts that aligned seamlessly with our monthly campaign themes and social media calendars. Working with a video company, we transformed existing content into high-performing short-form assets that supported student and parent spotlights, mission- and vision-driven storytelling, testimonials, and program highlights. This approach ensured that every campaign had cohesive, engaging video content tailored for maximum reach and relevance across platforms.

I work closely with our in-house Content Specialist to produce high-impact, influencer-style content. Together, we develop concepts for Reels, savable carousels, and blog content designed to integrate seamlessly with video storytelling. I lead the ideation process by providing creative direction, scripts, talking points, and clear CTAs for each project, ensuring every asset aligns with campaign goals and delivers measurable value across all platforms.
